Power Management Institute (PMI) has been playing a key role in the sustained excellence demonstrated by the NTPC team so far. PMI will continue to be central to the Company's aspiration of enabling its people to be a family of committed world class professionals. PMI will be driving the process of learning not only in the Company but also among external stakeholders, playing an important role in our efforts to deal with change and the strengths of the organization towards attaining still higher profile, both domestic and global. This will ultimately result in leveraging the programmes of PMI for 2005-06 cover important areas of generic and specific competencies. The curriculum promises to further improve the capabilities of 'Team NTPC'. |
